Using more earthly instruments to help us connect our mind and body - brining us into the present moment and clearing our mind. Through this activity I will explore how young people can access sound so soothe themselves along with achieving mindfulness, hopefully equipping young people with skills that they can take further in life and use in times of difficulty or distress. I will be tapping into different holistic and historical techniques that with enable young people to accurately and appropriately use and develop these skills.
